Nkrabea Culture and Arts Group Displays Outstanding Performance at Regional Festival at Kpone-Katamanso
Nkrabea Culture and Arts Group delivered an outstanding performance at the Regional Festival of Arts and Culture (REFAC) held in the Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Assembly of the Greater Accra region.
The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Henry Quartey, graced the occasion as the Special Guest of Honor. He urged Ghanaians to patronise the rich cultural heritage of Ghana and called on all stakeholders of the Arts industry to help promote Ghana’s rich culture.
The event, held on 29th September 2022 brought together various stakeholders in the arts and Culture industry. The objective of the event was to among other things promote Ga Adangbe Arts and Culture, promote regional tourism to both local and international communities, advocate for unity and regional integration, and to serve as a platform showcase the rich culture of Kpone-Katamanso.
Nkrabea Cultural and Arts Group represented the District of Adenta Municipal Assembly in the cultural display and they performed remarkably well to the awe of all who witnessed the event. The various traditional leaders present were pleased with their cultural display as Nkrabea Cultural Group danced their hearts out to showcase the rich culture of Ghana. other Stakeholders present were Metropolitan Municipal and District coordinators, Police Commanders, reps from international communities among others.
There will be a National Festival of Arts and Culture, a bi-annual programme for all 16 regions in Ghana to be held on 9-16th December 2022 in Cape Coast
